My name is Linda Friesen

My husband of 38 years and I are empty nesters which affords time to pursue  new challenges and work to promote a healthier world .

After eight years of managing food services for the elderly at a facility offering assisted living, in an apartment setting, I accepted the position of Manager.  Our goal is to provide quality of life to our ever-aging population by providing amenities like food and housekeeping/ laundry services, as needed, while still allowing for independence, choice, and freedom to come and go as they would in their own homes. Low immune systems and chronic respiratory conditions make the residents more vulnerable and accentuate the need for a clean environment.

By law, we are required to provide a safe and healthy work place  as well. Since harsh chemicals are widely used to combat bacteria,germs, and viruses , simple cleaning tasks require personal protective equipment (masks,gloves,goggles) in order to comply with government standards.

Cleaning should not be that complicated.
